Hi, I’m Aashish Deshpande. Over the past 25 years, I’ve carved out a career fueled by transformation, leadership, and growth.

Born and raised in Pune, often called the “Detroit of the East,” I felt destined to be part of the automotive industry. From designing vehicles to launching them in new markets, from building profitable distribution networks to creating innovative finance systems, I’ve had the chance to do it all—and loved every minute of it.

What gets me out of bed every day is the thrill of solving tough problems, embracing change, and bringing people together to make great things happen. I thrive in collaborative spaces where fresh ideas and diverse perspectives spark real innovation. My career has taken me across industries, cultures, and continents, teaching me how to adapt, build resilient teams, and craft strategies that deliver real results.

Now based in Vancouver, I’m focused on helping businesses innovate, grow, and thrive. When I’m not doing that, you’ll find me hanging out with my family, cooking up a storm, rocking out to classic tunes, or getting lost in a good action thriller.
